Denise Handelsman, DO

  • Provides outpatient adult psychiatric evaluations and treatment

  • Special interest in eating disorders

  • Teaches residents and medical students

  • Provides inpatient adult psychiatric consultations at Sparrow Hospital

Dr. Handelsman graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002.  She completed a general psychiatry residency at Michigan State University in 2006.  Dr. Handelsman has clinical experience treating mood, anxiety and eating disorders.
